Midsummer package
If there is one night you will want to experience in Sweden, it is Midsummers Eve. It is celebrated in our little village and the atmosphere is just magic! This year - 2026 - we gather around on June 19, the longest day of the year, when the sky never really darkens. With this Midsummer package, you check in on Thursday, June 18th, so there is ample time to relax and feel at home! Contact us for a tailored approach of your stay!
A truly immersing Midsummer experience
You check in at Thursday and explore your room, the garden and our charming little village. Feel the summer-feeling and the vibration of the coming festivities! Enjoy your first dinner on the terrace and enjoy the evening sun on a calming walk afterwards!
The day after, it is time for celebration! Shortly after noon, we gather near the hotel to help the locals dress up the Maypole. Then you can walk along - or take a seat in one of the dressed up wagons - to the local park, where everybody gathers to erect and dance around the Maypole! You can enjoy a fika and the great atmosphere!
Later in the afternoon everybody reclines to their homes, so we do the same! Our Midsummer celebration continues in the hotels restaurant with great traditional dishes, made with the best local ingredients!
On Saturday, we go of on a hike on the Beartrack! This great hike (around 8km) shows you the local nature and some great views to endless forest and blue skies. We take a picnic and fika with us! When we get back, you have the rest of the day to relax, go on a canoe trip or maybe a dip in the local swimming lake? Up to you!
